The best realtor on the Big Island and the only realtor we would work with as a mainland buyer. We purchased our home with the help of Sunshine who expertly guided us through it all.

Since we were mainland buyers Sunshine had to go the extra mile to accommodate our every request and she graciously did it with aloha. She made the purchase of our Hawaiian home so effortless. Her service does not just stop after the sale. She made herself available for scheduling appraisals, walk throughs, and inspections while we were still on the mainland. She even came to our home for the internet to be installed!

That’s how great she is. She was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable of the islands and most importantly very trustworthy. We highly recommend her specially if you are a mainland buyer like us.

How can you assign any kind of star rating to someone who IS a star!? Suffice it to say she fought for us, did the leg work for us, laughed and played hard ball for us - and will always be our friend.

I am so glad I met Sunshine. She deserves more than 5 stars. The first time I met her she stated she was there to serve her clients and to help them find what they want and to see them happy.

Throughout the next 5 months or so that she helped me sell my house and find new property, her actions showed how she truly stood by that. She listed my home and sold it within a very short time. Before I listed my home she was showing me homes all over the east side of the Island as well as the Ocean View area.

She was always available and answered any question I had. If I called or left a message, she responded in a short time. She is a lifetime or longtime resident here and knows a lot of history of the area and her stories of the area were helpful as well as entertaining.

Sunshine holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Hawaii Manoa and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She has experience working for title and escrow, several law offices and has 10 years of Federal construction and service contracting experience. She is currently the Treasurer for The Conservation Council for Hawaii and on the HIR Education Committee.

Born and raised on the Windward side of Oahu, she moved to the Big Island in 2012 where she quickly settled down with her two Rottweilers and fell in love with the island. In 2019 her daughter Arianna was born and you may meet Arianna on site visits.

​In Sunshineʻs free time, she explores the island’s rugged lava fields, lush tropical forests and beaches as well as traveling the U.S. and Internationally. When she isn’t exploring, you can find her working on her property. She cannot wait to help you get into your perfect property!
